Everything went black for a second. Anxiously, you blinked and observed the now-changing scenery. Everything was stretching way beyond proportion, then squeezing itself, growing and shrinking again and again until you couldn't take it and let out a terrified scream. All that came out of your mouth was a cat-like yowl. A very quiet one, at that. Carefully, you opened your eyes to see if the stretching had stopped. Luckily, it had. But something was still different, you couldn't put your finger on it. Everything seemed bigger, taller, scarier. Thousands of thoughts raced through your head, you could have sworn you saw this happen in a movie.

Your head bobbed slightly at the sudden pat, as you tried to process what exactly had just happened. It had been a cruel joke. On your second day here. Annoyed as you were, the light-hearted tone of the house and jokes made you feel safe with these men; even though you knew that you could never be sure.
